Worth emailing about
- A figure that looks wrong. Fees, minimums and carrier caps change without notice. If a number here does not match what you met in the cashier, tell us which site and what you saw and we will re-check it.
- An offer that has moved. Welcome offers in this market have a short shelf life. A screenshot helps.
- Commercial enquiries. Operators and affiliate managers are welcome to get in touch. Be aware that the ranking rule is fixed and position in the table is not for sale.
- Corrections and right of reply. If you run one of the sites we cover and think a verdict is unfair, say so and we will publish the response alongside it.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and we have no access to your casino account. We cannot release a withdrawal, reset a password, lift a deposit limit, reverse a bonus forfeit or reopen a closed account.
For a dispute, contact the operator's own support first. If that fails, escalate to its alternative dispute resolution provider — every UKGC-licensed site must name one, and you will find it on the operator's site and on its entry in the Gambling Commission public register.
If you need help with gambling
Please do not email us — talk to someone equipped for it. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133, free and open 24 hours. BeGambleAware has advice and live chat, and GAMSTOP will block you from every UKGC-licensed site at once, free, for six months or longer.
If the issue is specifically pay-by-mobile spending, your network can put a charge-to-bill bar on your number. It is free, takes one phone call, and shuts the rail off entirely.
