Privacy policy

This policy covers bokupaybymobilecasino.co.uk. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so it is shorter than most.

What we collect

Very little. This is a static site with no accounts, no logins, no comments and no forms. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or payment details, and there is nowhere on the site you could give them to us.

• Server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — as part of serving and protecting the site. These are retained briefly and used only for security and diagnostics.
• Affiliate link clicks. When you click through to an operator, the link passes through a tracking redirect that records the click so the operator knows the referral came from us. This records the click event, not you personally.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal data. There is none to sell.
• We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels.
• We do not build profiles or track you across other websites.
• We do not email you. There is no mailing list.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or personalisation. The affiliate redirect used on operator links may set a cookie recording that a referral took place, which is how the operator attributes the sign-up. You can block or clear these in your browser at any time; nothing on this site will stop working if you do.

Once you land on an operator's site you are on their property and their cookie policy applies, not ours. They are separate companies and we have no control over what they set.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected] we will hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and then we delete it. We will not add you to anything.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to its processing. Given how little this site collects, the answer to a request is usually that we hold nothing beyond an email you sent us. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Age restriction

This site is for adults. Gambling in the United Kingdom is restricted to those aged 18 or over, and the site is not intended for and not directed at anyone younger. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in silently.
